ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful resolution for the new year! One of mine was to write in a Gratitude Journal every night and I've been enjoying it so far. Taking time at the end of the day to look back and remember the good things that happened in the day is a really nice thing to do before heading to bed! :)

DeleteMy resolution is to move more (go for walks, for bike rides, hiking, etc.) and drink more water as I always forget!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect resolution! I'm a huge believer in staying hydrated. You should try an app called Waterlogged. It helped me get really in to the habit of drinking more because I wanted to reach my daily goal.
